This procedure explains how to make a complaint and how it will be handled.
Step 1: How to Make a Complaint to Us
If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us in the first instance.

Please include your name, contact details, and a clear description of your complaint, along with any relevant dates or supporting information.
Step 2: What Happens Next
- We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, usually within five business days.
- We will investigate the matter fairly and thoroughly.
- We aim to provide you with a final response within eight weeks of receiving your complaint.
If we are unable to provide a final response within this timeframe, we will explain why and keep you informed.
Step 3: Escalation to Our Network
If you are not satisfied with our response, or if eight weeks have passed without a final response, your complaint may be referred to our network.

Ingard Financial Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and is responsible for overseeing complaints relating to its Appointed Representatives.
Step 4: Financial Ombudsman Service
If your complaint is not resolved after it has been reviewed by Ingard Financial Limited, you may then refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
You must do this within six months of the date of the final response letter.
