Meet the person behind the screen. We treat each client with care and attention, never rushing decisions or advice.
I’m Sian Hurst, based in Backwell, just outside Bristol. I live with my partner, our two children, and our cocker spaniel, Yogi. I work with individuals and families to help them navigate mortgages and protection in a way that feels clear, supportive, and pressure-free.
Living in a long-term renovation project has given me a practical understanding of home ownership, from budgeting and planning to dealing with the unexpected. Being part of a village community has also shaped the way I work, reinforcing the importance of taking time to listen and offering advice that fits people’s real lives.
Outside of work, I enjoy country walks, spending time with my family, and creative projects. I previously studied textiles and still enjoy being crafty as a way to unwind. I’m very much team sun over snow, tea over coffee, and pudding over starter. I also have a soft spot for roast dinners, afternoon tea, and a festive Christmas jumper.
For me, good advice is about clarity and trust. It’s about taking the time to explain things properly, answering questions honestly, and making sure people feel comfortable and confident in the decisions they’re making.
